Frankly, it's a 4 star hotel at 5 star hotel price point. Staff is poorly trained. Not able to understand English, and also poorly trained. Counter staff gives the wrong information; phone reception misunderstood requests. (When I call that I need 2 more pillows, they sent me toilet rolls). Room decor is 4 star. Toilet is tiled, not marbled. Room is not clean, with stains. Room is smaller than what U see in photos. Will not stay again at this price.

房間很大，兩張1.8米的床也很舒適，適合帶小朋友。下樓到23層就能換乘電梯就能進入center world，很方便。

Great location—quiet yet close to shopping centers. The staff were super helpful, especially when it came to resolving my online check-in issues and especially local tips. Loved the complimentary drinks at Red Sky Bar!
