Just opposite to Central World. Simple breakfast, rooms are old

Ужасно всё. Кавролин разложился и парит ( глаза чешатся), плесень везде, тараканы, вентеляции в ванной нет, но холодно ( в свитере спать пришлось). Шум от дороги , как буд-то спишь на улице. В номере темно. Всё ушатано-убитое, а цена как за новое.

Плюс отеля, что он находится в самом центре Бангкока и ведущими торговыми центрами, рядом метро, завтраки хорошие, но асё же отель требует ремонта

Hotel room is too dated, exposed electrical cables behind bedside table and smelly carpet at the walkway to hotel room.

Hotel was ok, but the best thing is location that located on Bangkok city center easy connecting to public transportation close to many shopping mall, restaurants and etc.

Worth it.

中心地點對面就是Central World, 走路去四面佛幾分鐘。 酒店很乾凈，就是舊了點，工作人員也非常有禮貌

Location is convenient. Hotel food not hot as never turn on the heater. Services is good, complimentary birthday is served (is a surprise to us) when we email to them that we are celebrating birthday at their hotel.

Very nice hotel and close to BTS. Last time was Novotel. Very convenient for my meeting location. Breakfast was great too.

1.辦理入住，櫃台服務人員並未說明早餐使用方式及地點。 2.進房間可以感覺設施有年紀了，站在浴缸洗澡，很容易把浴室濺濕。 3.兩人入住只給一小瓶洗髮精，第2天並未補充，客房服務仍有改善空間。 4.18樓梯廳臭氧機24小時開啟，這用法是不正確的，有很濃的怪味。 1. When checking in, the counter service staff did not explain the breakfast time and location. 2. The room facilities are relatively old, and you can only take a shower while standing in the bathtub, which can easily get the bathroom wet. 3. Two people were only given a small bottle of shampoo, which was not replenished on the second day. There is still room for improvement in room service. 4. The ozone machine on the 18th floor is turned on 24 hours a day. This is not used correctly and has a strong smell.

Stayed for one night at Arnoma. Reception was very friendly and upgraded our room. Room was huge by Bangkok standards. Great location, full amenities. Just be clear that Arnoma Grand is an old hotel, with carpet and marble flooring, so be prepared for it to look its age.

Despite the precvious hotel being torn down and Arnoma was built, the upkeep isn't good at all with faulty bathroom taps and showers.
