泳池小，健身房小，房間不隔音能聽到外面的車呼嘯而過，都什麼年代了房卡丟失1張還要補錢 哈哈哈哈 管理層思想好老套

飯店位置非常方便就在BTS 3分鐘的距離，飯店服務人員服務也非常好，隔音蠻好的晚上睡覺幾乎聽不到任何聲音。居住8樓還可以在窗外看到BTS經過，視野很好。 有游泳池，旁邊有一個小小的桑拿房，一天的行程結束之後烤一下身體是非常舒服的。 附近就有市場、很多7-11還有麥當勞等等，地點很不錯，CP值高的一間飯店。

位置就是還算方便，離碼頭bts近，出來吃飯便利店也算方便，酒店一樓有個非常濃的香味，個人不是很喜歡，就是濃得有點嗆鼻的那種，不過幸好房間沒有，房間設施蠻新的，酒店工作人員態度也很好，會幫我們聯繫車搬行李什麼的，還是很滿意的，這裏好像住的印度人比較多，我們沒有含早餐不做評論，附近有麥當勞可以吃

The bidet in the toilet was a nice touch. The room key kept mal functioning which was quite irritating . But it was at the same time secure when they kept verifying my identity. Overall a pleasant stay .

trip.comの特典でレイトチェックアウト（〜14時）、部屋のアップグレードがありましたが、こちらが言うまで何もなし。 結果こちらから説明し、レイトチェックアウトは便利でしたが、部屋はアップグレードされたのか？分からなかった 狭めだがベッドはgood 部屋からの景色はプールと向かいのholiday Inn. 部屋に入って早々ゴミが床に落ちていて掃除があまい。 スマートテレビだが接続できずYouTubeも見れず断念。 シャワールームはドアが完全に閉まらず。 バスタブにお湯入れようともシャワーホースから給水でホースが邪魔で清潔かも分からず不安になりながら湯に浸かることに。 あと、スリッパがなかったのでハウスキーパーに連絡して持ってきてもらう。 サウナありとなっているが、プールサイドにあるので水着着用必須。 今回、レイトチェックアウト特典と場所で選びましたが、チェックアウト後にシャワーが浴びれなかったので次はないかな。

Location is good , it’s near the metro station also near the pear. Have shops near by as well.

I normally stay at a dfferent location of the same hotel chain. This one is not to the same standard. A bit old, even if keept well, is a simple hotel with no much facilities. Staff is helpful and friendly but the price i have paid is too high for what the hotel offers.

การบริการของแผนกต้อนรับควรเพิ่มพนักงาา ให้รองรับจำนวนลูกค้าให้เพียงพอ พนง.ไม่แสดงความช่วยเหลืออะไร และห้องพักเตรียมของ amenity ไม่ครบ ไม่มีทิชชู่ในห้องน้ำ ไม่เตรียมผ้าเช็ดเท้า เตียงนอนไม่สบาย และที่จอดรถมีจำกัดมาก

位置坐公交比較適合，離地鐵和碼頭很近。打車不方便，旁邊有個橋，出租車司機會故意繞這個橋，多跑出五十株。房間比較小，也沒用升級房型。
