We spent the final two nights of our Bangkok trip at Chatrium Grand Bangkok to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—especially the beautifully prepared anniversary cake and the stunning view from our first room. Although we experienced some issues with the shower in our initial room and later encountered pests in the second, what stood out most was the hotel’s exceptional service recovery. Special thanks to Duty Manager Ben and the front office team, who handled everything swiftly and with genuine care, eventually upgrading us to a one-bedroom suite. Their professionalism and empathy turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. The rest of our stay was fantastic—great breakfast at the lounge, a super comfy bed, thoughtful housekeeping surprises, and consistently friendly service from everyone we met. Despite the hiccups, we left feeling well taken care of and impressed. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Chatrium Grand Bangkok to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service.

酒店太棒了！乾淨，地理位置優越，附近商場、餐廳、按摩店很多。迷你吧送的飲料和小吃太豐盛了！住了兩晚，根本吃不完～酒店人員服務熱情～

位置靠近Siam paragon,但都要靠酒店golf車出入，5星酒店，早餐服務可以，房間大,泳池不是太大

酒店位置很好，也很安靜沒有噪音，距離百麗宮步行三分鐘也可以搭接駁車，從百麗宮可以直通BTS。房間比較大，特別是衞生間，雙床很小，浴巾毛巾很舊，沒有一次性拖鞋是重複利用的塑料拖鞋，房間裏有難聞的氣味。迷你吧免費，每天都會送糖果巧克力之類的零食。早餐品種多味道一般，酒店人員很有禮貌

這家酒店比我預期的好很多很多，本來我還比較擔心各種安全問題，衞生問題，結果擔心都是多餘的。首先酒店的地理位置非常好，就在凱賓斯基隔壁，再隔壁就是百麗宮。酒店有接駁車去百麗宮，基本五分鐘一班。百麗宮裡吃的，逛的就不用多説了。其次酒店的房間設施很不錯，淋浴是漢斯格雅的，洗護都是panpuri，特別喜歡酒店的床品，睡得非常舒服！酒店自帶游泳池，和Thann Spa，太可惜了，這次預約晚了，大家要去的話一定要早點去預約，買了一堆Thann的產品，酒店住客可以打9折，而且還可以退税，比國內便宜多了，而且很多是國內沒有的款！酒店的早飯種類不少，但是味道一般，房間裏每天都會送小點心，冰箱裏都是免費的。唯一要吐槽的是空調，我睡的房間空調口對着床頭吹，已經調到最小檔了，風還是很大，而且聲音很響。總體是家非常不錯的酒店，特別適合我們需要兩張1.5米的床的家庭！

Best hotel ever, upgraded me to 2 bedrooms suite as I arrived late and room type I booked was fully occupied. Breaking variety is great but taste is just normal.

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng và có đồ ăn vặt miễn phí mỗi ngày. Đồ uống không cồn trong phòng cũng được miễn phí. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại ở trong những lần tiếp theo
