まず立地が良かったです。近くに地下鉄と電車の駅があり、大型商業施設もあるので、とにかく便利でした。バンコクは渋滞しがちなので、駅に近いと助かります。 あと、スタッフの方が皆さん親切でした。居心地が良かったです。特に一階のbarのスタッフは笑顔が素敵でした。 部屋も一人で泊まるには充分すぎました。古いけどベッドが大きくて良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。

Hotel on the highway and next to night club area, service quality poor, reached there at 2pm to check in, asked us to go to shopping centre and come by at the reception. Room wasn't ready. Spa needs to be informed and turn on for us to use. Glass wayer bottles were not portable for us to carry, sounds like cost cutting, for Hilton.

Room is very big, clean and comfortable. Opposite is Terminal 21 shopping and good restaurants. There is also nice restaurants along the street eg Ping's sharksfin restaurant. Prices of food are reasonable. There's BTS within walking distance. Very convenient. Hotel service staff are attentive and professional.

前回はアソック地区のセンターポイント・ターミナル21に宿泊しました・・・今回はヒルトングランデアソックに宿泊させて頂きました。 部屋の広さは普通です、施設・設備は普通です。 建築後、時間を経て居るので当たり前かも⁉︎ 25階のクラブラウンジ利用が出来る部屋でした・・・24階のクラブラウンジは、薄暗く利用者もチラホラと言う感じです。 提供される軽食は、駄菓子が数種類有るのみ、果物は3〜4種類が有りました、ドリンクはラウンジスタッフにお願いするスタイルでした。(利用者が少ない事に納得しました) 朝食ビッフェは品数が少なく、味も普通でした。 サラダコーナーにキュウリが5日間宿泊して1日有っただけでした。(これには首を傾げました) 果物コーナーは品数は少なく、5日間1回もスイカが出なかった事に驚きました。(テングモーパンが好きな私としては、メニュー構成が？？？？？でした) 良かったのは、その場でジューサーを使って提供される フレッシュジュース・・・３種の中から選択出来、私は毎日デトックスジュースを飲まして頂き、良き便通に貢献してくれました。 最近建築されたホテルと比較するのは酷かと思いますが、 満足度は下がると思います。

It has been an unfortunate experience staying at the Hilton Bangkok Grande this time. The basic level of cleanliness was not met, which is hard to believe considering the price paid. Additionally, the response from the Hilton staff was slow and inefficient. It took several hours to get an upgrade room (maybe, but the room looked similar with a relatively good cleanliness). Most of the facilities seemed outdated and of low quality, except for the well-decorated lobby. Will never be with this hotel again... 不会再次选择的酒店

This hotel is located near Asoke bts station as well as the MRT station, so it is a good location to get to just about anywhere in the city. It is near Sukkhumvit but far enough away and with decent insulation, so I didn't feel that the noise was an issue. I didn't get to try all the facilities but the breakfast was above par and the room was better than others that I have stayed in for comparable prices.

Good location near to Termnial 21 shopping mall and sukhumvit metro station. Room is clean although it looks abit dated. Overall, it's still a decent hotel.
