Pros: - Very comfortable bed - Very quiet, despite building located next to main road, I had deep sleep even though I’m a light sleeper - Courteous staff - Coffee and snacks complimentary till 2pm daily - Next to a 7-11 Cons: - Loft format of room was cramped and bathroom narrow and oddly shaped  - My 1.88m husband has a hard time moving around the second floor bed area; couldn’t even stretch his arms up - For safety they placed a glass partition next to the stairs but that blocked our view of the TV - Occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom - Bidet not working, informed staff every day but it still was not fixed Overall for the price and location I feel it is not worth it.  -

Everything was great. Near to the Airport Link station and also 7-11. Location was quite convenient. The only downside is the intersection in front of the hotel is always crowded which caused the crazy traffic jam everyday!

非常棒的房間，很乾凈

Very nice hotel with large room space. Everything is good except AC did not really reach the bed, surrounding make up table only. Theres a 7-11 right beside the hotel. Grab is easy to navigate.

在曼谷待一晚，原本就打算訂一家離地鐵站很近的酒店，出地鐵站拉着行李去酒店的時候，發現離得確實很近，如果需要來回素萬那普機場，會是個很不錯的選擇。酒店旁邊是711，步行可達central world，big C 和四面佛，一路上小吃很多，附近輕軌坐兩站就到了isok出來就是terminal21商場。衹待一天所以沒有探索到很多區域，但這家位置確實挺好的。而且房間空間佈局合理，衞生間很寬敞，我一個人住並不覺得小，房間也很安靜整潔，待在房間裏就覺得很愜意，吃點711的食物不出門也很開心了！

my stay with Bonsai was terrible. When i first stayed in room 304, the aircon had an unpleasant smell and yet there was nothing the hotel could do for me as all the room was fully occupied. They only gave me an air fresher to endure until the next day. They changed me to room 203,however, the air was stagnant and the room was not sound proof and bed was itchy for both 203 and 304 Didn't have a good sleep for 2 consecutive nights.Never gonna stay with them again.The good thing perhaps is that they have spacious room and good location.If you need a good sleep,this is not a place for u.

大概已經給了最安靜的一間房了，但是由於曼谷路上24小時交通聲音，也是挺吵的。睡覺要戴降噪耳機。 房間有蚊子，毛巾/床上用品質量比較差。

非常滿意的一次居住，酒店還額外擁有早餐的閣樓，雖然選擇不多但也足夠吃了。房間裏牙刷護髮素都有。很適合短暫居住。

地點交通十分方便，房間也很乾淨，算是小而美的不錯飯店，若去曼谷，可試試看。房間價錢依經驗是越早訂越便宜。

The hotel's proximity to the city center is a definite advantage for exploring the area easily. While public transportation may not be the most convenient option, the availability of motor services (Bolt/Grab) offers a quick and accessible alternative for reaching the city center within 10-15 minutes.

先ず、立地が良いです。ドンムアン空港(バス停まで徒歩4分)、スワンナプーム空港(エアポートリンクの最寄り駅まで徒歩2分)、ホテルの隣にはセブン-イレブン、セントラルワールドまで徒歩15分。飲食店多々あり。正直、何も困らないです。 騒音(幹線道路沿いですからある程度は有りますが、私は全く気にならなかったです。)、他の方の口コミに下水の臭いが…とありましたが、臭いは全くしませんでした。 ミネラルウォーターの補充も毎日して頂き、大変助かりました。 お部屋もグレードアップして貰い、滞在中、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 次回、バンコク滞在もこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。
