Very clean and very courteous staff. I stayed for about 11 days. I recommend the premier room if you are traveling for work and  have to do work daily.

Room is clean but the duvet cover was dirty. Breakfast was so so, not much choices. The location was good and provide shuttle service to terminal 21 which is good for tourist.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability I had a very frustrating experience at Aira Hotel Bangkok. On the day of my checkout, I discovered that the hotel staff had thrown away my Samsonite suitcase cover, which was worth €60. When I raised this issue, instead of taking responsibility, the staff outright accused me of lying and insisted that I still had the cover. This was conveyed to me by the manager, Mr. P. To make matters worse, they reviewed security footage to verify whether I had arrived with a suitcase cover. Once they saw that the footage confirmed my claim, they still refused to take any action and continued to accuse me of dishonesty. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and the lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values honesty and reliability from hotel staff.
