The room is like any other standard hotel, just that they do not provide toothbrush, so you have to get it from the 7-11. Everything else is good, staff also friendly and the hotel location is near to most of the BTS station. Overall good experience.

Swimming pool was good. Location is really good too.

The service provided by the staff was friendly and pleasant, and overall, we had no major issues with them. However, the swimming pool was quite small, and there was no lift available, making it inconvenient to access the higher floors. Additionally, from the second flight of stairs onwards, the area felt uncomfortably warm as it was not air-conditioned. Despite the place being generally nice, we experienced some unsettling events during our stay from 12th to 15th April 2025. Throughout our visit, we frequently heard noises such as doors opening and closing, people walking around, and conversations from outside, indicating that the rooms were not effectively soundproofed. On the third night, around 2:00 AM, we were awakened by loud sounds of a couple arguing intensely. This quarrel lasted about 45 minutes. Concerned, my friend checked outside our room but saw no one, and the noises immediately stopped. Shortly after closing our door, the noises resumed, this time accompanied by sounds of objects being thrown or moved around. These disturbances were extremely loud, aggressive, and sporadic. Strangely, our room lights flickered each time the furniture or doors outside appeared to move. We found this experience particularly disturbing and unusual. We chose not to inform the reception because the quarrel suddenly ended, leaving us unsure about the entire incident.

服務很好，小哥免費幫忙提行李，房間雖然有點小但勝在地理位置方便，去暹羅商圈很方便，從機場也是可以地鐵直達。房間阿姨打掃衞生也很積極，很乾凈，很熱情。非常喜歡，下次來還會入住
