Lovely hotel nice spacious room lovely staff very helpful

房間正常，有點老舊，但地段比較好，這邊是印度人的天下。

The worst hotel I’ve stayed. Terrible services with unprofessional receptionists and cleaners. Although we booked a room with 1 doble bed and 1 single bed, the hotel asked us if we booked 1 room or 2 rooms upon check-in and then assigned us to a wrong room with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. How is it even possible to make this mistake when they could easily confirm details of our reservation by checking our booking status?? The worst service did not end here. A cleaner did not provide us enough amenities such as towels upon room change and thus we had to request them via phone call. They promised to bring all the necessary stuff within 10 minutes but did not show up anyone and made a second request. After waiting for over one hour, we went down all the way to reception to confirm our request but a receptionist at the time did not fully understand English and even asked us for Google translation when they already wasted our time waiting for their answer. We only found out that the reception received our requests and decided to ignored them! They did not share the information internally upon shift change either. Apparently, they believed what cleaner said instead of confirming directly with us at the room. We wrote down all the insufficient amenities as the receptionist wanted to waste more of our time and finally the cleaner showed up with all the necessary amenities but of course she was with an arrogant attitude without any greetings and respect. Moreover, she said “excuse me” and entered our room without permission!! She then claimed that she prepared enough towels though she showed up with exactly the number of towels that she knew she forgot to stock! During our stay cleaners moved around our luggage without any permission when it was not necessary to touch them for any cleaning reasons. They never left the room with complete amenities during our whole stay. The only good side the hotel has is the personnel at the entrance who were very kind and ready to help us. Regarding the location, the road from the nearest station was so bumpy and not family friendly.

子供もいたこともあり、駅からは少し歩くのが遠く感じた。対応などはとても良かった。

It was a comfortable hotel, right in the center, close to everything, and with friendly staff.

交通方便 , 有地鐵和購物中心 ! 櫃台人員很客氣 , 房間夠大也很乾淨 , 重點也不貴 , 下次獨旅會再回訪

ナナ駅に近く色々なところに行くのに最適でした！ 朝の朝食バイキングも様々な種類のものがあり、コスパは良かったと思います！ 朝食は7:00から食べることができました。

Fast check-in and out. Near BTS nana. Many Muslim restaurant around the area Only thing is the road leading to the hotel a bit narrow And uneven. Very lovely in the evening.

We was so very pleased with this hotel, rooms are big and comfy, although a little dated and tired looking, breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, pool area was a good size with plenty of sun all day, only negative comment I could make on tge pool area, was the pool attendant, he didn't move much, the bin had not been emptied in the 3 days I was there, the counter where pool towels was kept, was full of dirty empty glasses, cups bottles and plates, there was a smoothie carton on the floor for the 3 days I was there, on my last day I took the black bin out of the metal container and give it to him, he said thank you 🙄 other than that I really enjoyed this hotel.

Неплохой отель в самом центре. Рядом метро, все торговые центры. Много мест, где можно покушать.  Мы останавливались на 2 суток в семейном номере. Завтраки не брали. Очень бюджетная цена. Бассейн чистый
