Olive Hotel & Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit 101/1

優點： 1. 步行2min有24小時7-11，旁邊就有個大商場，比較多吃的，還有超市 2. 清潔人員很友善，每天都打掃認真 4. 浴缸算大 5. 有露台，方便晾衣服 很快乾。 缺點： 1. 酒店客服非常難溝通，只懂簡單英語，大概2天才回覆一次 2. 設備落後，有15年前住酒店的感覺。門卡經常失靈，等電梯只有風扇。住套房說有廚房但其實只有老舊電陶爐，老舊多士爐，沒有任何的廚具或餐具，十分不便，不知道為什麼還能叫有廚房，感覺上當了。 4. 泳池要到隔壁辦公樓頂樓，開放時間有限。 5. 安排了5樓房，兩個露台，下面音樂酒吧。 6. 蚊蟲會飛進來。 7. 距離兩個BTS站中間，都要10-20min路程，不建議長輩走。 8. 街上基本不多餐廳，晚上回來更是只有一家，還有路邊攤。 9. 1樓的洗衣機和乾衣機各2部，需要80泰銖1次，上下不方便所以沒用過了。

Alles ok, aber Atmosphäre nicht besonders gemütlich. Pool im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude. Street Food/ Restaurants etc. in der Umgebung gut, BTS/Skytrain-Station gut erreichbar

Bad Communicators! I was arriving late, after 2:00 in the morning and so I wrote the hotel ahead and they sent me a form reply, which was useless to me, and only confirmed that I would have a problem checking in late at night. I wrote them back conveying that their answer was unacceptable and useless. So I booked a room near the airport, costing me an extra $34.00. The next day I checked into the room and the next morning I received a reply back from them that they could give the key to their security guard, two nights late. The bed was rock hard and their card key system worked poorly, had to scan my card three times to do anything. The location is alright, there is food nearby and two **** dispensaries next door.
