Good place to stay! Clean and everyone is helpful!

Very good location within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Big C and Skywalker to central world, siam square and many. Room cleanliness is excellent and service staffs are very efficient and courteous.  When you called for room services is very prompt and quick. Chambermaid are courteous and friendly. Overall am very satisfied with this hotel and most importantly i sleep well every nights. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel and experience it yourself. Indeed a very good stay.

Location is very near pratunam and platinum shopping mall. One minus point is that you need to go to 7th floor to reach the hotel lobby and transfer to another lift to reach your hotel level. Overall, the room is clean and prompt service provided by hotel staff. In addition the staff were friendly.

Very spacious rooms. Situated in the heart of the budget shopping belt. Hotel's spa service is very affordable at 300baht per hour. A nice way to end the day in comfort.

Room was very spacious and they gave us connecting rooms for our trip. Comes with free water bottle daily. Near to platinum mall and there's airport transfer too.

Overall experience is very good. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel acceeded to my request where they prepared a little small cake to celebrate my husband's birthday.

overall good stay. grab drivers seems to have trouble locating the hotel & the jam is really bad due to roadworks ongoing now, other than that location is good. will consider this hotel again!

Driving to the hotel was confusing due to the road works in front of the hotel. The entry was changed into a “no entry” road which is not prominently displaced. All drivers were confused and got lost. Towels were a bit dirty and yellowish. Some of the furnitures show signs of wear and tear.

Conveniently located at the busy Platinum shopping district; though a little far from the BTS skyline and the Airport line but still can reach by walking n shopping along the way. Their breakfast had quite a variety of locals and international dishes.
