フロント以外は全てに対して特に不満も無かったのですが、夜と朝にシャワーを浴びる為に追加で新しいタオルが欲しいとメールしただけでこのような返信がホテルフロントから帰ってきた。 私は別に誰かを部屋に入れようとしたわけでも無い。 ただ単に新しいタオルが欲しいだけだった。 今までビジネスでいろんなホテルに泊まっているが、 この様な事を言われたのは初めて。 このホテルには2度と泊まらない。

酒店很乾凈整潔。晚上不定時還有人在樓層裏巡邏一下，我入住第二天晚上11點沒關嚴門，工作人員還特別敲門提醒。早餐就在邊上，也非常方便，每天一杯冰美式，天天心情好多了。

エカマイの大通りから中に入っており、静かに過ごせるホテル。従業員のサービスや対応も良かった。 徒歩圏にスーパーやレストランが食事も困らない。 Grab専用のテーブルも用意されていて安心して受け取れる。

The staff was incredibly friendly. They walked me all the way to my room (separate building). The restaurant on the premises even offered to deliver the food I ordered to my room. I would have liked to stay at this hotel for the duration of my Bangkok trip!

My second time in Bangkok, my second time at Somerset Ekamai. Lovely place, close to many facilities and friendly staff. Picture attached is the view from the C-block, 8th floor.
