The location is near Pratunam where it is convenience for people go shopping, try street food and using train(BTS) When arrived the hotel, people there are every friendly and helpful to carry our luggage. Cleaner always come in every morning to clean the room and add water for us and it is free. The room is clean and smell fresh. However, Pov: the floor is abit slippery so I recommend to wear flipper in the room. Also there is no sound proof, I can hear everything people are talking.

Staff are very friendly espicially at the counters. Location is also very good, very near to all the malls, market and streetfoods. Counter is 24 hrs service so check in late or earky check out in not a hustle. 21 Mart is also just adjacent to the hotel in which you can grap almost all your daily basic needs. Over all ratings 4.5/5

Decent convenient for shopping and food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, strong ac which is nice. Bathroom was small and a bit smelly( plumbing) I think for the amount charged was decent stay but think that there are better options out there for same amount.
