Clean big room. Pool was nice, gym was ok. WiFi worked well. Strict check in after 2 which wasn’t a problem because they let us store bags. Lots of noise from the road and aircon unit. Hot was was either boiling or freezing so we were only able to have cold showers each day. Pillows could do with replacing (one each, thin and lumpy)

Great location and friendly and helpful staff

This is located at a super Great location, but because of this, the road traffic is always heavy the entire day and makes it difficult and long to get a taxi/grab . The staff service is great, from the security staff to housekeeping to even reception, it is all great. The star of this experience that puts a smile on your face. However the room amenities/furniture are very old. The part that i couldn't tolerate it, is the showering -water is either too hot or too cold, can never get a good shower. This is similar to the other reviews by other customers

I had high hopes for 42 Grand Residence based on the photos online, but unfortunately, the reality fell short. The place is noticeably older than it appears in the pictures, which felt misleading. One of the biggest issues was the balcony. It was constantly dirty, as pigeons seemed to have made it their daily hangout. This meant dealing with a messy and unappealing outdoor space throughout the stay. Another disappointment was the lack of free internet on the smart TV. You’re expected to pay extra for that, which wasn’t mentioned upfront. On top of that, the internet in general was unreliable, with frequent outages, making it frustrating to stay connected. I wanted to like this place, but the combination of outdated features, the pigeon problem, and connectivity issues left me underwhelmed. Definitely not worth the price for what you actually get.

Poor service
