Pros: location and great park view from the room Cons: checkout at 11 am, very bad soundproofing as others mentioned

Re tada viewの本館(hotelの方)に宿泊しました。 部屋は可愛らしいデザインで、広さもちょうど良かったです。清掃もされています。 アメニティは最小限です。歯ブラシは自分で用意すること。 2階プールは混んでいないため快適です。 入口付近に喫煙所あり。 立地はvictory monument駅から徒歩10-15分程度です。道中は7-11や飲食店が多数あるため楽しいです。 緑の多い公園に面しているので気持ちのいい散歩ができます。park view roomがお勧め。 ResidenceとHotelの両方(park view room)に宿泊経験があります。 私の感じる違いは、 Residenceは部屋は広いが建物が少し古い。ミニベランダとソファあり。 Hotelは部屋は広くないが建物が新しめ。明るい雰囲気。 受付場所は同じです。

ホテルロビーや部屋はとても綺麗でした。 カウンターのスタッフはどなたも丁寧に対応をしてくれて、心地の良い滞在ができました。 一点不便な点を挙げるとすれば、電車駅から少し歩く必要があることです（10分程度）。

Отличный семиэтажный отель у парка с бассейном и тренажёрным залом. Тишина. Отзывчивый персонал. Даже есть специальный мужчина, который помогает перейти однополосную дорогу с небольшим трафиком 😁 Вернёмся ещё. Несколько подпортило впечатление, что при выселении пришлось ждать, когда проверят нашу комнату, не очень приятно.

衞生還行，其他都不行。前台辦完入住開始就當進出的客人是空氣了，從來不打招呼。房間打掃衞生都是下午四點催了才來。我拿的是盡頭的房間，以為挺安靜的，結果緊挨着不知道什麼設備，非常吵，整晚的轟隆聲，衹能戴着耳塞睡。

１月に夫婦で4泊しました。 ①良かった点 ・駅やエアポートバスの乗り場に近くて便利 ・管理が行き届いた公園の目の前に位置しており、健康的に過ごすことができる ・レストランのスタッフがとても親切 ・リッチの割に低価格で宿泊できる ・トイレとシャワーが分かれていて使い勝手がよい ②悪かった点 ・ホテルのインフォメーションがない。ジムやプールがあるが、スタッフに聞かなければ利用方法が不明。 ・廊下と部屋との遮音性が十分でなく、夜はゆっくり眠れない。深夜に廊下でスナック菓子を広げて騒いでいる集団がいて迷惑だった。エアコンの音もうるさい。 ・アメニティの補助がされない日もある。バスタオルもぼろぼろ。

飯店地點離王權免稅商店非常近，出去大馬路很多餐廳小吃和按摩店，服務周到，每天都會整理的很乾淨，櫃檯人員也很親切
