服務不咋地，預訂後不給退，大家注意啊

First time staying out of Bangkok City as we are here for the badminton tournament . Check in was great and the counter lady was really friendly . Handed a 500 Baht deposit . Location is good as walking on the right hand side there is Big C and on the left hand side there is MacDonald and Victioria Garden with lots of F&B outlet . There is many laundry machines too for us to wash our jersey except for it would be great to have a few more dryers as currently there is only 1 . Overall good experience and recommended 👍🏻

Book for the ACT Swimming Championship... The team stayed here, but we are not able to stay, arrived late and event ended so late.

The narrow alley where the hotel is located made me difficult when drove to.

酒店規模大，環境安靜，舒適整潔，周邊生活配套完善，交通便利。安保到位，服務員的服務態度好，小哥哥會幫忙把行李箱搬到房間！

房間蟲子挺多的,有點可怕，而且是挺多的，酒店不允許退房，大家定的時候還是多考慮考慮吧，別來了接受不了沒法退房就尷尬了

房間有空調，無拖鞋，服務態度很棒，前台很有禮貌，幫忙提行李。

很滿意，尤其是服務特別好

Nice stay outside the busy downtown area Very friendly staff very nice hotel area is a little rough, but it is Bangkok

A welcoming gem The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve a western breakfast so it's all Thai breakfast , lunch and dinner which to experience this then it's perfect. The property gave a lot more but a fair price for the location a good stop over for this part of Bangkok , but if using public transport and not private transfer it is challenging but doable . We will use this property again for sure

Great property, great prices, the only reason I deducted a star was the mattress was very hard. Not very comfy for my liking. Apart from that everything was exceptional. Great staff, great pool and gym.
