Good Customer service

Highly recommended from my brother and sister in law . They went to Vince hotel last year , and highly recommended us this hotel buffet breakfast so fancy a lot of variety, sticky chicken rice / braised pork rice etc… but when we were there last week , actually is not ! Vegetable taste less, chicken meat so salty like eat salt , can’t bite either ! Grilled balls which not interested during breakfast time ! Fried rice no taste , salad 🥗 vegetables not fresh , standard drop , restaurant manager service also very rude , is not friendly at all , when we chit chatting with my families They wanted to chase us away, and kept clearing the plates from our table while we were still drinking tea. Bedsheet is not clean , I was bitten by bed bugs first and second night , so itch

第二次入住了，一切都很順利，預訂的時候我特地留言要上次入住時的相同朝向的房型，當我凌晨兩點到達酒店居然已經提前幫我安排好了房間。入住期間有發生空調故障的情況，酒店馬上幫我安排了同樣的房型，工作人員還特地來幫我拿行李搬房間。房間衞生做的也很認真，工作人員都非常友善。這次發現了從phayathai 終點站走到酒店最近的小路，比走外圍馬路少花不少時間。

직원분들 너무 친절 하시고 청결 짱입니다~ 편하게 왔다갔다 지정곳에 데리러 오시고 너무 더웠는데 편했어요! 입구에 아이스크림,포도주스,물 있어서 편했고 직원들이 너무 친절 해서 너무 좋았네요~~

酒店很好。 距離地鐵站有點遠。好在曼谷打車不貴，可是有些時間段的堵車情況挺久的。

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. While it may not be a full-fledged 5-star property, it clearly strives to deliver a 5-star experience within its capabilities—and does so admirably. One of the highlights was the buggy transfer service, which made it easy and fun to get around the nearby facilities within the alley-bound property area. Even on high-occupancy days, the breakfast was well-managed and enjoyable, offering a good variety of food. The view from the top bar by the pool was stunning—definitely a must-see, especially during sunset. The hotel also surprised us with complimentary extras, like a professional photo shoot and a relaxing massage, which added a special touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel combines value with genuine effort and thoughtful amenities. We'd happily return and recommend it to others looking for a warm, memorable stay.

Hotel staff were really friendly especially the baggage guys. Location was great as well. Hotel even provided shuttle service to and from the main street for better convenience for guests, just a quick WhatsApp call or message and they will be down.

1st of all i book all airport transfers from phuket to Pattaya to Bangkok from trip.xom all confirmation was smooth n cheaper than you grab or hail. Vince hotel was a pleasant stay.. Location was abit walking distance to the main road..As the BTS was in construction expect jam everywhere. Hotel staff was nice..free ice cream free traditional costume shot free 15min massage free buggy ride to BTS toward suv.airport. Breakfast was superior GOODwhick ended 11am
