連續入住了兩次，但不是電不好使就是空調響，前台服務確實不咋地，特別是對中國人，住是因為有廚房自己可以做飯，連着商場購物和吃飯很方便，要不會選擇別的酒店

Room was very nice, and staff was very polite and courteous. Check in and check out took quite a bit longer than expected, but I was served a nice welcome drink that was quite refreshing. Would stay again, but to save time, it is probably worth doing the digital key next time.

大家千萬看清楚不要訂康萊德酒店公寓，房間老舊，一股黴味，房型佈局犄角旮旯，服務一塌糊塗，無任何服務。本來訂康萊德酒店的不小心訂錯訂成康萊德酒店公寓，價格高不説，跟酒店溝通，把高價的酒店公寓換成便宜的酒店，不要求退差價，死活都不行。
