分發到的房間空間大！廁所乾淨整潔！但被分到的房間距離電梯有點遠！lobby很大！地理位置好！早餐一般，所以沒有另外買！

TK Palace Hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location in Bangkok. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a variety of Thai and international options. While the facilities are great for both leisure and business, the Wi-Fi could use improvement. Overall, it’s a good value for a pleasant stay.

The check in and check out service at the front desk was terrible and not professional at all. It's hard to believe this is a four star hotel, two stars is the highest. 前台辦理入住和退房的服務很糟糕而且一點也不專業。 很難相信這是一家四星級飯店，兩星是最高的。

Regarding your mentions, we are pleased to inform you that we have many groups from Government & Corporate checked in during your checked in date comes and necessary to allow them checked in first with lets you waiting to check in approximately for 10 minutes. Then, we were allowed you to check in within 12.30pm (local time) on the que. The normally, we are allowed check in time at 15.00hrs (local time) under the hotel policy and if we have room availabilities during check in date and we will allow our guests checking in but it subject to room availabilities.
