酒店位置很好，從機場有shuttle bus直達酒店，shuttle bus 每小時一班。候車區有很多不同的接送車，時間到要留意shuttle bus車身印有酒店名字才上車。早餐比較西式，有即煮雞蛋和麫檔。整體體驗不錯👍🏻

花好幾百，連基本的乾淨的床單都不能保證，房間的床都是酸臭的。我不得不要半夜一副新床單。客人住酒店，難道不是從每人一換的床單開始的基本需求麼

밤비행기여서 잠만 자려고 숙소예약했는데 생각보다 너무 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 부모님 30주년 기념일이라고 사전에 메일 보냈더니 디저트를 방안에 셋팅해주셔서 부모님이 행복해하셨습니다.

不會再選。價格又貴。

Something bit me at night in the neck, and the pillow was not comfortable, it’s too thick and large for small Asian. Can’t sleep well and Woke up with neck pain

공항근처 랏크라방 지역에 가야할 일이 있어서 매년 한두번 머무는 곳입니다. 시설, 청결도, 서비스, 친절함, 그리고 조식 등 부족함은 없다고 생각되는 곳입니다. 다만, 방콕 시내와는 택시로 한시간 정도 걸리는 거리이기 때문에, 공항과 가까운 곳에 묵어야 하거나, 시외에 머물러야 할 때 추천드립니디.

房間很乾凈 廁所稍微有一丟丟反味 問題不大 工作人員都非常熱情 前台漂亮的小姐姐還會點中文可以溝通 離機場非常近 附近還有711和夜市 夜市上的豬腳飯很好吃 早餐也不錯

Pleasant stay near airport with free shuttle service. Good room and good hot water

中轉住了一晚，中規中矩吧～但是街道很吵。確實對中國人服務一般般。

If you are considering this hotel cuz of shuttle service, there r tons of negative reviews including mine!!! On the day of arrival to bangkok, needed a place to stay near airport and chose this hotel. Pleasant stay with good facility. All dissapointment started when i decided to stay one more night on the day of leaving. Was actually gona stay at the closest hotel(Hyatt) near Suvarnvhumi airport, but the staff here told me no need, since there is free shuttle service. So with no doubt i booked for another night.. only to find out on the day of leaving, the seats were all reserved. (On website states "rarely shortage of seat, happy to accomodate request for special service") I started to panic that I might not get to airport early morning.. but the concierge was less communicative than AI. Could have told me earlier that she could at least book a taxi(fee on my charge) for me, but only after expressing my disappointment. (And no single colleague took attention during this incident).

모든게 완벽하고 편리한 호텔이였습니다.
