Location is great and been coming to Pullman G since many years. There was a little problems with the assigned room during checkin. The team there helped us out an we even received a fruit platter. Thanks for that. Breakfast with many options. Loved the Granola cereals. Rooms still a bit outdated in particular the electricity switches need a makeover.

Hotel furnishing is quite old and fatigued. That said, it is still maintained quite well. Lifts take quite long to come. Gym adequately equipped

The clean of the tower is not up to my expectation and it feels used and old, the breakfast is good, and the executive lounge service is exvellent!

During my stay, there were some minor and major issues, but the TOR manager handled them very well, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. The biggest downside was the lack of power outlets by the bedside. I also hope the construction work in the pool sunbed area will be completed soon. Lastly, Scarlett is always a great place to visit — highly recommended.

For this location it’s good value for money. Very clean room. Staff kindly changed room for us from brown to white. Nice city view. Really liked the pool! Bed could be better.

Very clean comfortable room with fabulous views. Luxury massive plush pilllows and spacious feeling. Firm mattress. Room cleaned and turned over daily with lovely fresh smell. Fairly quiet and corridors and lobby were modern and well maintained. Lifts had annoying ads running though. Good security features using your card to operate the lift. I chose this hotel for the pool and sunbathing deck to find it unexpectedly under renovation so was a bit disappointed. We enjoyed Bangkoks transport network for exploring the city. It’s only a ten min walk to the nearest BTS which doesn’t sound a lot but in the heat and humidity it’s a challenge so used grabs more than planned. Front desk and service staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the restaurant or room service as felt it was a bit pricey so can’t comment.

The hotel is near Chong Nonsi BTS station and have good food and massage options around. A few minutes more of walking you can also reach Sala Daeng. There is the new Central Park mall to shop.

The service was great, but the room could've been cleaner. There was some black hair in the bathroom. Nice breakfast. Overall - a nice stay.

It’s a stay I booked at the very last minute. Pullman seems to be one of the cheapest options around. I have seen the review and adjusted my expectations. Everything is value for money if you think about the cost. Sure the rooms are old but the views, the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff all make up for it. Gym are pretty decent sized as well

Room is pretty decent. Good enough for the price. Though I have to say the 25 Degrees Restaurant on the first floor is pretty good and it's open 24 hours too.

Dated hotel and the sink was not functioning in my room. Had to call the maintenance person. Thai hospitality is top notch. Small details like leaving 3 bottles of water instead of 2 after noticing I consumed both bottles on the first day. Smiles everywhere and the hotel has amply of meeting rooms and business centers.
