We decided to give this hotel a try for a short getaway in Bangkok, and overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few things worth noting before booking. The hotel is located near the Pratunam shopping district, making it convenient for those planning to spend time shopping. However, do expect a bit of walking to reach the main shopping area. It's also within walking distance of the Airport Rail Link, which is a convenient option if you're travelling to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport without taking a taxi. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is that it is relatively new, so the facilities are modern and well maintained. Everything still feels fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. Housekeeping was also consistent throughout our stay, and the room was kept clean and tidy every day. There are a few convenience stores nearby. While there's a Tops Daily close to the hotel, I'd recommend walking a little further to the nearest 7-Eleven, which offers a much wider selection of food, drinks, and daily essentials. One thing to be aware of is the nightlife directly opposite the hotel. There's a bar that can get quite lively, with live music often continuing until around 2–3 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, this may affect your stay. To the hotel's credit, the staff were very helpful and immediately offered to move us to another room. We were fortunate to be relocated to a corner room facing away from the bar, which significantly reduced the noise and allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. However, during peak occupancy, room availability may be limited, so it's not always possible to completely avoid the noise. Another point to note is that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service to nearby BTS stations or the Airport Rail Link. If you plan to travel to the airport by train or require transportation, you'll need to arrange and pay for it separately. Overall, this is a good value hotel with modern facilities, clean rooms, and friendly, responsive staff. If you don't mind a short walk to nearby attractions and transportation, it's a solid choice. However, if you're particularly sensitive to noise, I'd recommend requesting a room facing away from the bar when making your reservation for a more comfortable stay. I would rate this as a medium tier experience and would only recommend only if you do not mind the noise.

The hotel is clean, modern and new. We also appreciated that they were able to provide connecting rooms, which was very convenient for our family. The only downside was the security deposit policy. A cash deposit of THB 1,000 per room is required, and credit cards were not accepted for the deposit. It would be much more convenient if guests could use a credit card instead of cash. Overall, we have pleasant stay & would consider returning.

The hotel is sparkling clean and newly established. Location is extremely near to lots of massage places, cafes and shopping mall. There is a food market nearby that opens at 6am for breakfast. Do note all these places accept cash payment onl

Great location for Myanmar. A lot of myanmar food and surrounded by Myanmar culture. Rooms are clean and convenient. Nice place to stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at The Bently Hotel and wanted to share my positive experience, especially for other solo travelers. // Safety & Peace of Mind As a female solo traveler, safety is my top priority, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The elevators require key card access to reach the guest floors, which made me feel very secure knowing that only guests could go upstairs. Additionally, the room door is equipped with a door hold/security latch, giving me extra peace of mind at night. // Perfect Location The location is incredibly convenient. It is within easy walking distance to Big C and Centralworld, making shopping and exploring so easy. There are also plenty of great local breakfast options right around the corner, so you never have to go far for a good meal. // Room & Facilities The room was spacious, fresh, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the bathroom; it was spotless and had a very intuitive layout. The water pressure in both the shower and the bidet was excellent - perfect for a refreshing soak after a long day of walking. For entertainment, the room is equipped with a Smart TV, which made it easy to watch YouTube. It also allows you to log into your own Netflix account, which is a great touch for those who want to catch up on their favorite shows. // Outstanding Service The staffs are friendly and greet you every time you come and go. I had a small incident where I thought housekeeping forgot to put bottled water. At 1am, I went down to the lobby and was met by a night shift staff who spoke fluent English. He politely explained that the water had been placed inside the fridge (instead of on the table like the previous day). He was very professional and kindly reminded me that I could simply call from the room phone next time instead of walking down. Overall, The Bently Hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and security. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the center of Pratunam and if you are planning a shopping trip... This is definitely your go to hotel .. 7-11 is just 3 mins walking distance and there are multiple good massage shop nearby...

Hotel location is very strategic, walk distance to 7e. But to be honest, the hotel is very noisy at night as there is a bar in front of it.
