公寓式酒店，沒有前台，入住和退房都需要打電話或者line前台。圖片是前台的電話和line，方便大家聯絡 房間不錯

Nice accommodation, great location. Basically, there is no complain.

Tej worst hotel I have ever been. You have to pay by cash they don’t give you any receipt they take deposit about they don’t inform in advance. The boss only wants money… we go there they give as a room after we saw mould, dirt, broken air conditioning, weird smell and refurbishment of a hotel which does not even have a reception desk…. We asked for changing the room It differed with nothing but the air conditioning was working we aske for refund money because we will not stay in this hotel the bosse said that she will only refund deposit… cheater …. So we lost some money but we changed the hotel to a cheaper and much better. I’m just warned only the swimming pool is nice as we went to see but the water was cold 😂

Frustrating stay We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. I would not suggest staying at BoonRumpa.

Make sure you organise check in before arriving as this is a condo and not a hotel
