這四天在GM Estate Hotel Bangkok 的住宿真是令我們一家包括兩位八十歲需要坐輪椅的老人家畢生難忘。第一晚當我們入住的時候已經是凌晨一點鐘,當我們洗澡時,地台的去水倒灌,我們只好用毛巾吸水。第二天,當我和兩位坐輪椅的老人家外出回酒店的時候,酒店職員非但沒有為我們開門,還氣冲冲地說因為我們弄污毛巾需要罰款!我解釋因為是他們酒店的去水有問題,我們只有迫於無奈用毛巾吸乾,但該職員還處處進逼地說我們應該即時通知他們,而不是用毛巾吸乾,真是無理!
此外,我們入住四天,每天都要打電話要求填補茶包及毛巾,這是甚麼的服務質素!
最甚的是在這酒店,你可以感受到甚麽是種族及殘疾歧視。每天當我們用輪椅外出的時候,從來沒有職員歡迎及協助我們,相反,當職員看見外籍住客就會立即笑臉迎人,真是令人氣憤!
如果你希望被無理罰款,希望被歧視,這間GM Estate Bangkok 絕對是你的首選!
I have been Thailand for more than 30 years but I have never stayed such a terrible hotel. I checked in very late in my first day stay at around 1:00am. After I took a bath, I found the drainage of the toilet was very poor and that the water overflowed. I have no choice but to use towels to overcome it. Next day, when I returned to my room with my parents who are wheelchair bound, the staff of the hotel instead to help us back to my room but to stop me bruptly and showed me a picture that I would be charged as the towels were dirty. How ridiculous it is! Despite I explained the above to that staff, she insisted that it is my fault as I did not inform them the issue of overflow immediately. It was at that moment I can feel how warm the hospitality of such a hotel. Besides, there was no refill of tea bags and coffee capsules and bottles of water. Trust me, never choose such a hotel if you don’t want to have terrible experiences and nightmares!
Last but not the least, we also experienced serious discrimination in such a terrible hotel. Every day, when I go out with my parents who are wheelchair bound, no staff of the hotel would greet nor assist us. However, whenever the staff of the hotel saw the foreign guests, they would greet them with a smile face immediately. How ridiculous it is!
Trust me, if you wish to be unreasonably charged, if you wish to be discriminated against, if you wish to be badly treated, this hotel is definitely your first choice!
