Ti Thong Hostel arvostelua

Paikka, jossa pysähdyin, oli erittäin puhdas ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli myös erittäin ystävällistä ja vieraanvaraista. Näkymä katolta on hieman haikea, mutta tunnelma on erittäin mukava.

[Sijainti] 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Sam Yotin asemalta. Lähellä oli myös useita bussipysäkkejä, jotka kulkivat eri suuntiin, mikä teki kuljetuksesta erittäin kätevän. Hostellia ympäröivä alue on täynnä paikallista tunnelmaa, ja lähellä on monia kauppoja ja aamumarkkinat, ja 7-Eleven on vain 2-3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Niille, jotka haluavat kiertää Bangkokin eri osia, mielestäni se on erittäin kätevä paikka käyttää tukikohtana käyttämällä MRT:tä ja busseja. [Palvelut] Se sijaitsee takakujalla, joten sitä voi olla vaikea löytää ensi silmäyksellä, mutta jos voit käyttää Google Mapsia, sinun pitäisi päästä sinne ilman ongelmia. 5. kerros? Rakennuksessa ei ole hissiä. Huoneessa on korttiavainturva. Vastaanotto on myös avoinna 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. [Huone] Sänky oli kiinnitetty puurunkoon, joten pystyin oleskelemaan mukavasti. Huone on kuitenkin pieni ja käytävä tuskin tarpeeksi leveä matkalaukun avaamiseen. Kylpyhuone on jaettu jokaiseen huoneeseen. Yläsänkyjen välissä ei kuitenkaan ole väliseinää, joten jos istut sängyssä, näet sängyn vieressäsi (ja tietysti ääntä ja valoa vuotaa kaikkialta, joten yöllä on oltava varovainen...), joten se ei ehkä ole ihanteellinen ihmisille, jotka arvostavat yksityisyyttä. (Alempi osa näyttää hyvältä.) [Jaettu huone] Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on jaettu huone vastaanoton ympärillä ja ylimmässä kerroksessa katto. Siellä on myös työpöytä, matala pöytä, jääkaappi ja vesipalvelin. Se on ympäristö, jossa ihmiset, jotka haluavat tehdä työtä, voivat tehdä sen ilman ongelmia, mutta haluaisin sen olevan hieman tilavampi. Katto on ylimmässä kerroksessa (5. kerros?), mutta siellä ei ole hissiä. Näkymä on avoin, mutta et näe Chao Phraya -jokea tai kuuluisia temppeleitä, koska se on vastakkaiseen suuntaan. Tupakointi on sallittu. Kaiken kaikkiaan: Tämä on halvin hostelli Sam Yot -aseman ympärillä, mutta minulla ei ollut ongelmia ja olin mukava. Jos et ole tottunut Kaakkois-Aasian hostelleihin tai olet aloittelija hostellissa, en usko, että sinulla on ongelmia, mutta jos haluat tilavan ja mukavan oleskelun, suosittelen yöpymistä paremmassa hostellissa.

How many times have I been impressed here? I slept well and the same cat is still here.

Very happy with my stay. The lady who checked me in was really nice and gave me some Tom yum crackers. Location is good and close to a lot of tourist spots, restaurants and bars. Close to the muay thai stadium and the arts centre. Rooftop and lobby are good areas for socialising. Rooftop if you want to sit in the sun, lobby if you want air conditioning. Room itself is clean and people are respectful. Be aware they charge for towels! Also if you’re not good with steep stairs maybe this won’t be your place. There are four levels and the steps themselves are pretty high

The room was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe.

A good hostel in an excellent area. Perfectly located for those people who want the chance to more authentically engage with the heritage of old Bangkok, as monks do their alms round as they walk by - between about 05:15 and 07:30. The staff are friendly and gentle. It is safer area of Bangkok - it is still a budget hostel so please follow all the good and sensible precautions to keep your belongings safe :)

Everything was great. The only issue was that the key for the safety locker was broken (No.J inside women room) so I didn’t feel comfortable storing my belongings there. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations for the price.

The staff were very polite and the hostel very clean. The location of the hostel was also very convenient!

verry good for solo travel

One of the best hostels i’ve ever stayed at. The people running it are so kind and welcoming and you’re always guaranteed to start your day right when you go down and they greet you with a very happy „good morning“ :). It was recommended to me and I would recommend to anyone too. It is at a great location, where it’s more calm than china town etc. but close by a metro station, which is very convenient. I stayed four nights, and I would have loved to stay longer just for the hostel. Everythings clean and there’s a locker in the room. The beds are nice and have curtains. There’s also a fridge, cutlery and a microwave. The common areas are also so nice and it’s such a nice feeling to go back to the hostel after a while day of exploring Bangkok. 100% recommend!

Dorm room was much better than expected - bed was clean and soft. I arrived at late night and there was a helpful receptionist there. Hallway has automatic lights along to my room on 4th floor. The location was perfect for exploring Trok Mor morning market, just few minutes walk. I plan to stay here again soon.
