We have investigated the matter and found no evidence to support the claims of bullying.Leaving the room without permission: Our policy clearly states that guests are not permitted to leave their belongings unattended in the room. This is for the safety and security of all our guests.Luggage storage fee: As per our policy, a fee of 50 THB per day is charged for storing luggage after check-out. This policy is clearly communicated to all guests upon check-in.We understand that you were not happy with the luggage storage fee. However, we believe that our policy is fair and reasonable.
