We would like to inform you that check out is at noon, and as per our policy, if a guest does not answer the phone, our staff must check to ensure everything is in order by knocking on the door. Regarding the deduction from your deposit, it is not related to late check out fee. We accommodated your late check out without any additional charge. However, the fee charged due to smoking in the room, as our property is nonsmoking. Unfortunately, we were unable to sell the room the following day and had to deep clean all amenities because the smoke order is difficult to eliminate. This boutique hotel has a great modern design and is newly built, offering a fantastic location right next to the Chao Praya River. They provide a complimentary shuttle boat to IconSiam and several other good destinations, which is a big plus. However, the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, it was the worst Thai hospitality I’ve encountered, with multiple front desk staff coming across as unfriendly and impatient. This wasn’t just an isolated incident but something we noticed with three different staff members. I hope the management will seriously address team morale and professionalism.

The hotel is simply beautiful, and the view is outstanding. The room is clean and large, with a nice private pool. Enjoy the breakfast vwey much, the food was delicious and staff are very helpful.

It was our anniversary and my husband's birthday. We stayed at Ten Six Hundred for 3 nights. They prepared a small cake for the occasions and decorated the bed.
We were so happy with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. 😅 However, the hot water wasn't as hot as we wanted. But we managed.
They took us to the mall a couple of times with their tuk-tuk. The tuk-tuk driver was super sweet regardless of not speaking English very well. We had a miscommunication one time, and he thought we wanted to go to Seen Mall instead of Siam Mall. It was a cute little moment. We tipped him afterward.
We didn't get to try their restaurant and bar because we had a few places we had already made reservations to but their bar is highly recommended. You can see the beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River at night.
They have two swimming pools. We tried the one on the roof. It had a beautiful view. And it has a small section for kids.
We’ll consider staying here again.
