Service was good. But when I called operator ask for shower gel and water I had to call 3 times and wait 45 mins for that. 3rd time called operator told her I waited and she said oh you didn’t get them?! I was to take shower and checkout.

地點真的不太好，要找食真的有困難，離BTS或者METRO又有一段距離，如酒店可以有車到地鐵口接送是最好！

Amazing! The staff are so friendly and the customer service is first class. So accommodating. The facilities are superb and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The rooms are good and spacious with excellent views and the breakfast is delicious with a fantastic variety. The only very small negative is the location being not near any major attentions; however there are two metro stations within walking distance.

入住最大的體驗就是這裏挺好的 下次不來了 首先check in的時候一直讓我等 中途前台還換人了 找不到為我辦理入住的人 8000泰銖的按金居然沒有按金單 衹有一張刷卡聯 入住體驗很差的原因是這裏的工作人員都太冷漠了 基本上看不到笑容 體驗感很差 入住4天唯一的亮點就是給我打掃房間的保潔阿姨 當我告知她我今天不用打掃房間時 她詢問我是否不舒服 並給輕手輕腳的給我開了一瓶水放在床頭櫃上 悄悄的更換了浴巾和地巾 最後泳池的水超級涼
