SILQ Hotel and Residence Managed by the Ascott Limited arvostelua

Was upgraded to a one bedroom, which made it super comfortable for our 9 nights stay. The room was very big and the bathroom was super roomy. I have to hands down say it was the most heavenly bed I've slept in for a hotel! ****** my soul every time it was very comfy and the sheets and blankets so soft and the right weight. There was a small kitchen and microwave with a full fridge and a freezer and washing/drying machine, which I used every day. It was like a mini studio apartment, but 5 stars. The room was cleaned and the TV was huge! We have 2 in our rooms! There are lots of windows so lights can come in a lot. Even the bathroom had a full sized window to outside. The shower and toilet are separate and even separated from the sink. Just wished the closet was a little bigger, never the less still functioning well, and most boxes ticked. I didn't get time to use their pool or onsen, but I'm sure it would have been great, too. They had shuttle bus to and from bts/mall every hour so you don't have to walk if it's hot. Service wise, to me, was lukewarm. Some days were good, some days were so-so. But like I didn't interact that much. Overall, I would return if I was to be around this area again because it's so close to the malls without it being right at the front, so it's in a good walkable street. Plus, there are restaurants and cafes around it and 7-11 walkable on both sides of the roads along with pharmacy if needed. Good new hotel with good-sized rooms and carports.

一間不錯的酒店 雖然人手不夠 但服務很到位 但衞生間🚻衞生 床單 真的要注重一下 衞生間不夠乾淨 床單有點黃 還有希望shuttel bus能夠30分鐘一班 這樣比較方便 但服務真的不錯 叫前台拿6支礦泉水 服務員給了一pet 這點真的比較大方 謝謝酒店

早機到的曼谷，酒店幫我們免費升級而且提前入住了。清潔服務是需要按鈴的，如果當天沒有按鈴服務生會從門縫塞紙條給你，告訴你如果需要服務就聯繫他們，我覺得這個挺好的，是得到客人允許下才進的房間

我訂的房間很大很舒適，雙人床比一般的還要大！泳池和健身房也很齊全，基本找不到缺點。只是日常洗衣就要交由酒店和要付費的，也沒有洗衣設備可共用，不像其他酒店會有洗衣機在房內或公用地方，這是我唯一不滿的地方。而且trip.com在設施一欄是顯示有「乾衣機」的，明顯這是錯的。

無可挑剔的體驗！ 地理位置優越，步行即可到達bts以及em商圈。樓下有很多飯店，711，以及正規的massage。 不論是大堂還是房間內的設施都非常齊全，設計合理貼心。尤其喜歡我這個房型內的小陽台和化粧桌。 所有工作人員都很專業並且熱情禮貌，特別是前台辦理入住退房手續的高顏值小姐姐Means（應該是這麼拼寫），她的英文超級流利，溝通順暢！退房後瘦瘦高高的禮賓小哥也十分優秀！ 總之，日後來曼谷衹住這家酒店！
