"A friend recommended this hotel. It's a great hotel. I heard my favorite piano music as soon as I entered the lobby. The room is spacious, simply decorated, and fully equipped. The curtains have good light-blocking properties, the bedding is neat and clean, the bathroom has no odor, the mattress is very comfortable, and the high-altitude sleep exceeded my expectations. Free freshly ground coffee and a small hot pot for dinner are also provided. Highly recommended!"

"I would like to thank the hotel staff for saving my life. I checked into the hotel the night I left Namtso. I fell asleep again not long after getting up the next day because of lack of oxygen in Namtso the day before. Fortunately, the hotel staff found me in time and sent me to Bange County People's Hospital. My blood oxygen level was already 40% at that time. The hotel staff patiently persuaded me to transfer me from Bange County to Lhasa People's Hospital. The next day, another staff member drove my rented car to Lhasa for me for a fee, so that I could evacuate safely from the plateau in time."

The room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's sleep.
