The staff is fantastic - as evident from my experience described here. I visited this hotel in Oct 2022 with family amd while leaving I forgot a hat. A simple hat. I stay in Calcutta and did not have any travel to Bangalore for the next 10 months. And lo and behold, as I came to Bangalore today (in Aug 2023), I contacted them and they handed over my hat to me! Not many hotels will keep a simple hat for someone living in another city and that too for 10 months! I am very grateful to Manoj, Abhishek, Vinish and Deepak at the front desk. It is a simple hotel. Neat and clean. Dont expect luxury. But expect warmth and honest service. Recommended!

We were here on two occasions- one week apart. Our first stay was superb. Rooms were neat, staffs cooperative. One big bonus was they agreed to keep our luggage (which was many) in their cloak room while we were out for a trip (5 days)- which we collected later. I am grateful for that, this made things much easier for us. Great ambience. Though they don't have inhouse restaurant, delivery from Seasons is pretty quick and food is excellent. Hotel was kind enough to make French toasts for our kid. But, when we returned, we got two rooms in the ground floor, next to the reception. This was already a bit noisy, then at around 3 am the guests next door started making a lot of noise with their doors open- so much that I was worried our kid might wake up. Hotel staffs were not there to take care of the situation, I had to go and tell these other guests to keep quiet, which they did, kind of. SO TO CONCLUDE- not really the fault of hotel, but they have to put 'SILENCE' 'PLEASE MAINTAIN PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT' boards in the passageway for everyone to see. And also tell guests about these simple manners to maintain, and intervene if anyone is a bit noisy.
