1. Room allocation issues: booked rooms were unavailable due to a corporate bulk booking, forcing us into smaller, lower-priced rooms than reserved. 2. Room cleanliness and facilities: rooms were cramped, toilets were unclean upon check-in, and basic amenities like tv and wifi were non-functional. 3. Unprofessional staff: staff behavior was subpar, especially in the kitchen. Requests for milk for small children were delayed by over an hour despite prior notice. 4. Food quality: lunch was below average, but dinner quality improved significantly when catering to a corporate group, showing preferential treatment. 5. Highlight: the resort’s location and landscape were the only redeeming features. Overall: poor hospitality and management overshadowed the scenic surroundings, leaving us with a subpar experience.
