Bathroom were very dirty with no light bulb, when we asked hotel staf to change the bulb he refused.

No hygenie at all my room was a garbage house. I somehow managed it that night. Bedsheet and floor everything was dirty. Washroom has no water facility. My main door has no lock

Iora residency stay was not at all good. That room does not have ventilation at all. No power was there when we asked they said they had there own reasons the entire night we suffered. Not cleaned properly. It was totally dark not only on the room but the entire building.
