출장용으로 아주 좋아용 다음에 출장에도 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 전시회장이랑 위치도 가깝고 옆에 몰도 있어서 식사하기에도 좋아요

Located close to office in whitefield and hangout place like shantiniketan mall. Decent sized swimming pool.

Loaded will all aminities, and we had a pleasant stay. Accessible from all major hubs. Rooms, amenities, safety and hygiene, food, staff all are excellent

We had booked a suite, and got a complimentary upgrade to premium suite! this was very generous of them and we enjoyed their hospitality and recommend this property to everyone. Their front desk is one of the best in service, even their it guys were prompt to fix things for us.

Staff was quite supporting. Room ambiance is nice. Very smooth check-in & check-out. Great breakfast with variety of tasty items.

Great stay and service. Breakfast was wide spread and quality as well. Location was good and convenient for leisure and business. Rooms were clean and maintained. Swimming pool was decent size and well maintained. Had a nice stay overall.

Staff was being nice but the hotel was not well maintained. The room had smoke smell even though I had booked with 10 year old kid, the locker did not work , the showers in steam room below did not have hot water and water drainage had issues.

Pick up by dimple singh and he is very kind person. He explain everything about the banglore. How banglore is rich as per culture wise and whatthe history of the banglore. His hospitality is very awesome. Hotel food , Cleaning, room is very good.

Dimple Singh was an excellent driver – punctual, polite, and knew the best routes. The cab was clean, and the ride was smooth and safe. I highly recommend him for a comfortable experience. Had a great time on my way to destination. Thank you ..

Room is comfortable, but what stood out was the staff. Always there to support and help, every time they called everything was setup within a few minutes. Aakash and Garvit were very helpful when I wanted a guide last minute to show me around the city, and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the day out and the guide Deepak was kind and extremely knowledgeable, making the tour a fantastic experience. He planned thoughtfully taking in mind the timings, took me to very local places and took great care of me. For the hotel, I have two recommendations: - WiFi is not good, at all. It only properly works (at least in my room) at night. - You have smart TVs with Netflix and co. but as per your policy you don’t allow TVs to be connected to the internet. I think it’s a miss.

Checked in late and the room was not ready a Pathetic rooms. The AC were very noisy very and the fans made lot of noise. One of the worst Taj experience ever. If possible strictly avoidabls. Have stayed in many taj properties across this was not even closest to anyone

Excellent service from everyone and special thanks to Mrs siddhi for warm welcome. Gopal and shravani for awesome service. Overall the spread was very good which matched our taste .Thanks to the chef's who went beyond to prepare a Hot and delicious dishes. Thank you everyone will like to visit again in coming days .

Our Clients from US were stayed at Vivanta Hotel, They are pretty much happy with the service and amenities which been provided by the Hotel. Food was at next level, Terracotta served tasty food to them. Cab Drivers on time Pick up and on time drop. Very well trained staff.
