Fiestaa Resort n Events Venue

Good accommodation, well maintained place, tasty breakfast and food is good and professional staff and very cooperative. Value for money. We all enjoyed the place.

This Diwali we thought of spending time with our son who is working in Bangalore. So we thought of giving him a Diwali holiday gift with a resort vacation. We flew from Mumbai all the way to Fiestaa Resort n Events Venue booked through Agoda. 1st good things - 1) even though our check in time was 2 PM, but we landed in the resort 11 AM, they gave us the room. 2) you get hot water 24 x 7 offcourse solar. 3) swimming pool small but okay. 4) rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. 5) room service staff is cooperative. Now what we felt not good about this resort:- 1) we had to change the room in the night because of windows doors not getting locked, room door lock faulty, hot water cattle faulty. 2) new room split AC started water leakage in midnight,we kept bath towel and adjusted ourselves in midnight. Morning we complained but they could not fix it,so all 4 days we tolerated AC water leakage on the bed with putting bath towel. 3) The swimming pool is without towels, without tubes and without attendants. 4) they serve good, hot food with extraordinary prices, food is unnecessary costly, some items like roti 90.00 kulcha 100.00 chapati (2 nos) - 100.00 masala papad - 120.00 tee/coffee - 80.00 etc. everyone experienced against quality and quantity I food in this resort is very costly. 5) We asked for egg fried rice and we got veg fried rice can you imagine this mistake? Anyway, they told us that they could give us egg fried rice but will have to wait......we adjusted with veg fried rice can you imagine? 6) For morning breakfast people struggled to get plates and bowls 😾 and there is not much crowd, but we waited for plates, it is beyond imagination. 7) we ordered ice cream and waited for 20 minutes 🤢 Anyways, out of 10, we are giving 4 numbers to Fiestaa Resort n Events Banglor

The service that they provided us was very good and they are taking care about their customers very well.

Broken window knows and flush not working as per amenities provided, it was too costly food was not very fresh

Good place for stay and enjoy with your kids as there is lot of spaces available for children to roam around and play. Room service is also very good, only thing is beds are not good.
