Hotel was good. In breakfast they should provide nonveg items as well. Towel hanger was not fitted properly, hotel needs to take care of this.

Stay was pleasant but the reception staff is the worst only here to scam peoples money. They do mistakes and we should bare the pain of theor fault

They were asking me inr 1050 rs for 2 stain on bedsheet and settled at inr 300, which no hotel ever ask.

Comfortable stay, easy access to the city, there is no parking at the property which was a drawback when mentioned, wardrobes weren’t clean, apart from that all good.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is a bit crowded but manageable. Food was nice. It would be better if there is a provision for housekeeping for readying rooms 24x7. Provisions for early and late checkout could be done in a more efficiemt manner and the same could be mentioned in the booking websites.

Excellent staff and very neat and spacious rooms, washrooms are very clean and other amenities were also excellent. The food taste was also good.

Room toilet no ventilation and very bad smell even though put room freshner 5th floor their spa demolish work going on and exactly down the room at 4th floor given me very noise

The service is absolutely unacceptable. Despite repeatedly requesting hot water for the washroom, none was provided, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Additionally, the food quality at the restaurant is extremely poor—completely disappointing. I can’t understand what kind of chef they have employed, but the dishes were a waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
