There were no water bottles and getting hot water for shower was also not made possible. Soaps were of average quality and no proper channels for entertainment. All in all a very below average experience. I will never recommend it to anyone.

No amenities in bathroom, no water given infact no jug water was available. Tv was not working. Breakfast had 3 option just.

Stayed for 2 nights. Tv didn't work for the entire duration in spite of repeated complaints. No hot water in the bathroom. Bed linen did not look fresh

Booked this place for my parents and sister for them to stay as they were going to VFS to get the biometrics taken. Such a disappointment. No standards maintained to call itself a 3 star hotel!! My family got stuck in their elevator and my sister panicked and called me since they were not able to open or reach for any help. I had to call the receptionist from Canada to let my family out of their stuck elevator!! The management knew that it wasn’t working properly but still decided to use it! I’m glad nothing horrible happened to my family due to that broken elevator. Place have very low standards for everything. I can go on and on about that if I start listing each issues.

Quite painful stay for vegetarians- fishes at main gate welcomes you, chicken and pork around hotel. Rooms are not good as shown. Limited choice of brakfast.
