Total Money Waste Of Holiday We Expect one But We Actually Get Worst Experience So We Suggest Not Stay

Rooms are not good in condition, hiegin was not maintain in kitchen place. Some renovation work is going on. Not fully satisfied with hotel and rooms. Better options are available in this rate

So the staff appeared friendly which was the only positive i found. I made a mistake by booking this place at the centre of majestic. The room is dirty and filthy, the bathroom doors cannot be locked properly and the shelf's door is broken and inside there are many wires or what. The window balcony seems not cleaned in many years and the curtains are full of dirt. Room is full of hairs and bedsheet had stains, and requested for change in bedsheet, they said they will do it and didn't do it until i checkout, and upon asking said they had told to housekeeping and they forgot it. Had asked for iron box and they said they will deliver it to room shortly, and again they didn't and i had to go to reception (coz they don't pick the phone) and then they said they don't have one. And after some time they gave one which was faulty and it melted my tshirt. The room floor is so dirty that you need slippers to walk for sure, and if not your legs would be full of dirt. There is some construction happening in the building and you will have drilling sounds for most of the hours adding to the earlier pains. Food is okay, no complaints, but the plates and spoons were not properly cleaned and had stains and the kitchen looks messy. The t v, though i didn't want to watch any was not working too, the staff had tried to start it and realised it's not working and went off soon without commenting on it, and i had let it go. Ac was the dirtiest looking i have seen in ages, though it was working. Hotel staff is decent and good, they had helped me with my other requests, however i would never ever book this place again and i was so so disappointed as i had paid a good money.

Room is very clean and sanitized, food is very nice, service is very good, it's a good hotel in bengaluru, thanks to make my trip for provided good hotel

Rooms are ok but old, bathrooms are totally not good. Usable are some what discomfort. Food is good.
