Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

Good hotel and clean

Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.

The hotel is good, though rooms are small but a overall good hotel

Overall experience was not that good, i had booked a room with queen size bed setup, but hotel staff allocated me twin single bedroom mentioning that rooms with queen size beds are sold out. After some escalation they allocated me the correct room. Food was not up to the standards, chapatis were cold and hard, kadhai pane-er taste was also not satisfactory.

The room was not clean, and the washroom corners were so dirt. The breakfast area was completely unorganized, and people started having their food by standing at the lobby area. It was more or like a canteen type. Lot of scope of improvement required, think ihg group should overlook this asap.

Staffs are very polite and helpful great hotel good brand like to visit again special thanks to Joseph and Namrata all reception Staffs aswell and rooms are very clean and neat only think room size very small resturant food menu need more variety required.

Joseph & Divya accomodated all requests gracefully and were every warm and welcoming; they were the best staff i have experienced in years of business & personal travel. They NEED A HIKE & PROMOTION....................................

Very good property, service and specially delicious food . Especial Thanks to Joseph who helped me a lot during my check in and stay. Gym is also very nice, centrally located property and near to 3 malls. Check in and check out was too fast Looking forward to stay again.

My entire stay was so peaceful and enjoyable. The property is located at centre in Whitefield and was near to metro station, which made us easy to travel to other places and explore Bangalore.
