I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and token of appreciation to your staff for their dedication and effort. To be honest, while my initial two days at the hotel were not very impressive, the subsequent five days completely turned around and became some of the best experiences I’ve had. This remarkable transformation was primarily due to the proactive approach taken by Vinod Rathod. Not only did he take my feedback seriously, but he also acted upon it, making tangible improvements that were clearly visible on the ground. What stood out to me the most was the team’s willingness to respond to feedback and strive for excellence. As a passionate foodie and a chef at home in the Netherlands, I come to India to satisfy my palate and enjoy the rich culinary diversity the country has to offer. I understand the challenges of running a restaurant and catering to varied tastes. Despite this, the team made commendable efforts to accommodate my personalized requests, and I noticed significant improvements in both taste and service. I’d like to particularly recognize Vinod Rathod for leading from the front, ***** with the following team members from Mcafe who contributed to making my stay memorable: Sonia Tanushree Arun George Pravanjan Chef Deepak Prem Shabaz Additionally, a shoutout to Sunil, the gym instructor, for his quality instructions and ability to motivate individuals. His guidance and enthusiasm truly made my fitness sessions enjoyable and productive.
