Good location and nice breakfast. Staffs are helpfull everywhere

I stay there on 12th and 13th aug with family. Rooms are smelling and cockroaches roming in bathroom. Room service is very slow. Hotel is not child friendly so select any other hotel if stay with child. Charging 450 rs for 1 small cup hot milk. They try everything to loot you. No other hotel charge like this. Not recommended this hotel to anyone.

location is in city ,property is 65-70 years and rooms are old fashioned with small bath rooms, highly priced for this facility to modern conteomparay hotels

Was a good hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Would stay here next time again.

I like for having free access in the gym.The Massage Spa has a nice and kind staffs,they smile and entertain guests unlike in the hotel!!The masseuse named Shashikala is such a kind lady and good whats she’s doing,I gave her a 10/10 ❤️

It was pleasant stay hazzel free checkin and room was neat n clean food in restaurant was delicious

While the property is nicely located and massive, it has several night clubs making the place very noisy and kind of difficult to sleep till late night. Breakfast was nice. So is other common facilities

Very very bad experience i asked for room service 3 times they never responDed and fridge was not working and until last day they didnt even bother to repair it. The balcony room door was jammed again we tried talking they were least bothered about it Such bad service very bad

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also perfect for exploring the city… Jyoti and chef satya they are so kind………..

Hotel was good and gym trainer arun kumar is quite helpful. But one thing I didn't like much is the cost of food here. One random coffee costed me 450rupees which is ridiculous and dinner buffet costs 3.1k Spiceology facilities are professional and sashikala is really good with her hospitality

A fusion of Indian cuisine. Hit the palate well. Balucci unique dishes really good…………….. Can visit this for any occasions. Rose Ice cream was also a highlight tagged really good………………. Zzzz……………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Liked the gym facility and Arun Kumar the trainer was very helpful .. the park was very peaceful and the location is good. Overall it’s a good experience and u would recommend it to others. Food was also good and delicious.. Shashikala the receptionist was also very helpful …………………………………….

Shashikala Face has such a welcoming atmosphere the spa has so many skin care lines that any age can find suitable skin products. The whole team seems very knowledgable. I highly recommend this spa looking for facial’s ,body’s skin care threading, ar just skin care……
