I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience at octave hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill.
When I finally got to my room, it was a mess. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom smelled musty with mold in the corners. To top it off, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot.
I called the front desk to request a room change, but they were dismissive and said they were fully booked, offering no solutions.
Awful stay, the blanket was dirty no bathroom essentials provided and the room wasn’t clean at all.For the price I paid, I expected at least decent service and cleanliness, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

and in Room dinner chair is non available

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient, close to key attractions, but a bit noisy at times. Good value for money and a comfortable experience.

1. The bedspreads was not clean
2. The room was too smaller what i booked

We reserved for a deluxe room for 3 people but they gave another room main problem in that room rats are there cut some clothes worst experience

Good stay and very near to famous pubs. Walkable distance pubs and shopping area. Rooms okk but near all pubs. Some parking issue
