Great service provided by Kajal she is great in her way the way she took care of me while dine its fabulous… she suggest me the best food which I had in this india trip. She is a top notch Her service was outstanding! Nice stay with hilton Will come back for sure

The food was really amazing, the staffs are very courteous to make your dining experience totally worth it and remarkable, The brand Hiton gives the best as always they do. Special thanks to kayal who served us today very polite with good smile.

Perfect dining place at asian kitchen. Delicious food and courteous staff must to mention Ms. Kayal really taken care well, even we are in hurry asked to serve quickly. Even they serve more then my expectation. very professional. Definitely we will back soon. Recommendable as well.

Amazing and value for money spent We have enjoyed each and every moment of our stay in your hotel. We are blown away by your services. Especially to mention the services rendered by Ms.Dolly and Ms. Kayal in the Asia Alive was amazing. All our family members have enjoyed your food in the restaurant. Kerala style Molie fish curry, Karuvepilai fish fry and Corn Upma are few of the outstanding dishes that we enjoyed in your restaurant. Kudos to all your team members...

I had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton! The room service provided by Suraj Khawas was exceptional – his attention to detail and prompt service truly made my stay comfortable. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and hospitality!

The ambience was good also the people around were very cooperative especially Mr.Alok directed us with everything and helped us with the smooth functioning of the event (birthday party of my nephew).A place to visit if you want to have a great time with your family.

Overall experience was was good end to end. Customer centric approach. Nice and tasty food. Employee are very professional and polite. One suggestion is please provide the charging sockets inside the meeting room. We had to go to the extension wire and keep our laptop for charging

Loved my stay here. Had dinner at the Spot 360 rooftop restaurant on the last 5 nights. Only wish that I had eaten there the first 2 nights too. Excellent staff service throughout the hotel, with special mention to Kajal in Spot 360. Staff could not do enough for you. They are so friendly and helpful. If I am ever back in Bengaluru, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Came here for our business team meeting and liked the arrangement of hi-tea, conference room and lunch spread was good Staff was very polite and helpful, particularly Alok who was with us for the whole day and make sure that everything was well arranged

I like the service offered by Mr Shobhan,Alok and Deepa for the service and support in the restaurant. I enjoyed celebrating my son birthday ***** with folks and requested a birthday, which was provided and nicely decorated within short span of time …The food was awesome exclusively the Madras fish curry and the chicken .. really awesome.. Thank you and we are looking forward…thank you again for the gentlemen for their catering and support.
