Do not stay at this Hotel.

The surroundings are not so good, but the location is excellent. It is close to the station, bus stand, and metro. I arrived early in the morning and was told that early check-in was charged, so I had to kill time around the area until check-in, but the front desk staff in the morning were very helpful. I checked in a little early, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast had a very basic Indian menu and was delicious. As for the downside, as many other guests have written in their reviews, the bathroom smelled like a drain, so every time I returned to my room, I was bothered by the smell of the drain. I went to the front desk to have it cleaned, but it didn't change. The front desk staff(He told me his name was Munna) in the afternoon had some problems and it was difficult to communicate. On the second day, when I returned from outside at 13:30, the room had not been cleaned, water had been refilled, or the bed made, so I went back to the front desk and told the staff, who said, "I'll call you right away, so wait in your room." I waited for a long time, but no one came to my room. Around 17:00, when I was about to go out, the cleaning staff came to my room, so I asked, "Don't they clean the rooms every day?" and the woman in charge came. She said, "The rooms are cleaned after the guests check out," so I asked, "Is that the policy of this hotel?" and she said, "Wait a minute," and then called out to the cleaning staff, and they all went somewhere. After that, I asked the front desk what had happened, and he answered, "I heard that you said that the rooms don't need cleaning." "I didn't say that I don't need cleaning. Who said that?" and it turned out that the woman had lied and made up a story to the clearning staff. After that, the cleaning staff came, and they told me that the woman had told them to leave because cleaning wasn't needed, and it turned out that she was lying and manipulating the cleaning staff, it was already 18:00. I went back and forth between my room and the front desk many times because of this problem. When I saw her near the front desk and asked her what was going on, she just pretended not to know and ran away, hiding in another room. The facilities were not bad and most of the staff were sincere in their service, but it was a very disappointing stay because of this particular unsatisfactory staff member. If it weren't for her, I can say with confidence that it would be a hotel I would want to stay at again.

Third stay will probably return A convenient place for transport. Comfortable clean hotel modern style good wifi. Breakfast varied but no black coffee.
