The Hotel is very nicely located not too far from the Hebbal highway.
The room was excellent and well equipped with. Exceeded my expectations in a lot of ways for the price I paid. It even had an android Tv and a safe locker which was not expected.
Coming to the cleanliness and service , the room was spotless and the room services very extremely quick. All the employees were very nice and had a positive vibe to them.
Breakfast was OK. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad too. For the price they charge the spread was very good.
The only negetive that made me give 4 stars instead of 5 was the valet service.
When I picked my car during checkout I noticed my driver seat was reclined back as if someone was sleeping in the car at night.
I hope you manage this issue because this Hotel is really good.

Worst experience of stay, full of dust, poor housekeeping, bathroom also not cleaned properly, bathroom doors are damaged condition. I won't recommend it to anyone for this hotel.

I did not receive an invoice copy, i mentioned my company name and gst while booking but invoice which hotel gave me it has no such details please look into it

When I checked the room booked was not available. They gave me alternate room. The next dat i was shifted to the room type booked but no internet, no network, no hot water, mosquitoes.

The stay was good at an affordable price. The room space was also adequate. The service was appropriate. However, the food quality can get better.

The room was good but the lights in room were dim. The room service was slow. The food was ok as tasted only breakfast and some room dining stuff like sandwich and soup. The hotel didn't have emergency medicines for customers in distress at night especially women customers. They preferred that women customers alone at night to get their own medicines. They couldn't even spare any hotel staff to help also for the same. This was around 2230hrs. If they improve on this they are sure to get above 4.

We were booked from 3rd to 7th Dec for four Nights. However we could reach only on 4th late night. We arrived at 1 AM and were given room no 103. The room had pungent smell as soon as we entered. The Toilet Tiles were stained and looked dirty. The wooden flooring was worn out and looked dirty. We attended a function in the Banquet hall on 5th Morning. The Banquets Food was Very Bad. The Room Had No Coffee Sachets. When requested Room service they could give more Tea bags only. On repeated requests they brought loose coffee powder in a cup. On the whole poor Room and Poor Service.
