Clean & neat rooms, spacious, comfortable beds, friendly staffs, well connected, good restaurants nearby, nearby metro station is also another advantage. Calm place, friendly staffs. Definitely will recommend for others. Pocket friendly also.

Given club room 215 instead suite room, please take proper action , room amenities are not provided as expected

Stay was good. We have one point to be raised for the hotel management, they should allow the guests for early check in if the rooms are vacant, we were charged half day for that. We reached early morning to bangalore and requested them to provide us room only to get fresh as we had our meeting at 10 am, but they didnt

It was a terrible stay, no towels in room, geyser not working, phone not working, no coffee powder, everything seemed to be in shambles despite booking the club room. I wonder the plight of deluxe room category

Excellent location and very tastefully done interiors. Staff were helpful though not very enthusiastic. Nice big spread of vegetarian dishes for breakfast. Enjoyed a lot.

Staff is amazing, breakfast is good, the location is pretty good and the rooms are clean. The refrigerator in the room doesn’t work and ive had problems with other appliances as well so i hope that sometime they replace some of the old appliances.

Overall a good stay. Though the property is a bit old, rooms are kept neat and clean. Maintained well with all amenities. Breakfast spread is really good. Have been frequently visiting this place for the last few years and cannot point an issue with service.

A but of San Fran in Bangalore I’m only a few days into a 10-day stay and I’m very happy with the SFO Hotel. I arrived late and the staff were ready for me. I got into a Club Room right away. The room is very spacious. Their photos tell the truth. The bed is comfortable. The room is setup to work from the hotel. The internet is good. There is a small fridge to keep beverages. Most of all, the bathroom is better than most American hotels I’ve stayed in. The location of the hotel is good, too. There is lots nearby including the hotel’s own Cable Car restaurant. The restaurant has a good menu of diverse food and a buffet upstairs. Walking down the main street there is good shopping and more restaurants. So far I am totally enjoying my stay!

Horrible smell of cigarettes in the room all the time. Gym is terrible. Staff and food is fantastic.
