Rooms and washroom are not clea

The rooms were ok ok kind of and the rest rooms were very poorly maintained. The hotel staff were gentle but couldn't get anything on time 😃. The only thing we loved most is the pool which was neat and clear but too crowded (weekend heat 😀)as they allow outsiders on hourly basis and the lawn was good with lush green.

There were no proper rooms. The pipe in the bathrooms was rusted and broken. The pool was soo small. And dirty. All indoor games were not proper. No facilities at all. Paid and stayed in a place not worth. Very disappointed

Need to upgrade. Food if not eaten on time it will be served cold. Not suitable to take family. Ok for bachelors

Bathroom, toilet was very bad condition, staff room service is not good, t. V. Not functioned, drinking water not providing by management, gym and indoor games are not in well condition our total 5 days stay was waste time and money. Please do not thing to stay there.

The rooms were average and not at all like the pictures. Bathrooms were dirty and the flush was not working! ac didn’t have a remote to control the temperature and there was no house keeping to clean the room. We had to sweep it ourself

It's horrible maintenance. I am not sure how prestige is keeping their brand. We can't sleep and all rooms are smoke smell and bathrooms are so horrible. Not recommended for family.
