老破舊，地毯都發黑了，整晚都有空調的聲音，完全不值房價。

大廳有壁爐，好温暖，還提供免費咖啡，冰水，牛奶及熱水，房間寬敞設施齊全，一次不錯的入住體驗

環境：在班夫大道靠盡頭，開車和步行到downtown都很方便，周圍吃飯也蠻方便 服務：前台小哥服務很周到，還幫忙定出行旅行團

房間挺大的，淡季價格也挺好的。

Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine. Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close. Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car! Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc

Pretty nice place! Pool was under renovations unfortunately, but the hot tub was good enough

Located in the Banff Avenue and quite close to the restaurants in downtown Banff, with ard 20 mins walk and 5 min by bus. The hotel provides complimentary transit pass with route no 1 and 2. Good hygiene and housekeeping service. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

The location is a little bit far from the downtown but they give us free bus ticket. And it takes 15min by walk. They have little jacuzzi and you can use water machine and drink coffee for free.

酒店在班夫大道上，出門即可逛街覓食。房間很寬敞，衞生也很好，還有自助洗衣機解決了我們旅途洗衣的煩惱。前台還幫忙預訂了去景點的門票和公交票，仔細説明瞭注意事項，很好的酒店！

Fantastic trips

位置很方便，很喜歡獨特的複式設計

旁邊有個非常有名的牛排店,非常大的酒店有很多房間，大堂有咖啡和牛奶，房間內有咖啡壺和水壺，到步行街要走20多分鐘，有地下車庫。

很好，Very good,我們是早上十一點左右到旅館的，按要求，下午才能入住，前台的小姐姐很熱心地查看房間，看有沒有已經清理完的房間，同時還給建議我們，保管我們的行李，之後，我們打算先到班夫鎮上逛逛，等下午辦理入住手續，在我們離開旅館時，小姐姐趕到門口和我們説，有房間搞完衞生了，可以入住了。 我們退房後，因時間問題，旅館也願意幫我們保管行李。（不是每個酒店旅館都願意幫客人臨時保管行李，不管是辦理入住手續前或是退房後，真的。）以後，再到班夫，首選他們家旅館住宿。
