Badi'ah Hotel

We had a great stay at Badiah Hotel during our visit to Brunei! One of the highlights was the airport pickup service, especially since we arrived late in the evening. Everything went smoothly, and we did not have to worry about figuring out how to get to the hotel after our flight. Mr Degan is very friendly! The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a big plus, with a great selection of food to choose from. It saved us time and made our mornings more convenient since we did not have to look for other places to eat breakfast. The reception staff were nice, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated how our room was kept clean and tidy every day while we were out exploring Brunei. Another convenient feature is the supermarket right beside the hotel, where you can easily buy extra bottled water, snacks, and other essentials. The hotel is also within easy reach of several landmarks and tourist attractions, and getting around was convenient with the Dart app. Overall, Badiah Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travelers who want to explore Brunei without too much hassle. We truly appreciated the friendly service, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that made our trip more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brunei!

Located within easy reach of Brunei International Airport (BWN), making late-night arrivals or early-morning departures a breeze. It saves you from wasting precious hours on long commutes.

It allowed us to store our luggages in their hotel free of charge while we went to Kota Kinabalu for 3 days then allowed us to check in early when we returned. The staff are very nice. The food in Bristodeli Cafe is also delicious and priced fairly. Near groceries, mosques, restaurants and tourist spots. It is also near a Catholic Church (Assumption) and we were able to hear mass one Sunday.

Clean and quiet hotel to stay with basement carpark especially good during rainy day Supermarket is just behind the hotel

It is a nice hotel with adequate facility for business travelers. However, the hotel is a little aged and should be renovated with all the pillows and mattresses replaced.

We had a Great stay at Badiah Hotel! Conveniently located near major tourist attractions, with spacious rooms, friendly personnel, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

I was overrated this hotel because they are 4 stars hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy which is so great and our room is so big! But the service...Not really... We called the reception a few times but they were very late. Finally they were coming to bring some toilet paper after we called Three times. And we have a voucher of breakfast, which is not good... If it's not 4star, I wouldn't say anything. That makes me disappointed..

Pros: Very close to the main attractions in downtown Brunei (walkable even) Desk was very kind to lend port adapter Breakfast was great even if not much options Free pick-up from the airport to the hotel Supermarket is quite close to the hotel Hot water available in the shower WiFi speed is goo Cons: Hotel is a bit dated

Overall, we had a good stay at Badia Hotel. The amenities were good, the hotel was clean, and the staff provided great service. However, some of the fixtures in the room were broken or not well maintained. A little more attention to maintenance and repairs would make the overall experience much better.
