✨ Trip Moment at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Desaru ✨ I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Desaru during my recent getaway, and it truly made my trip special. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, setting the tone for a relaxing experience. 🌴 First Impressions The hotel’s modern, yet cozy design immediately caught my eye. It’s located near Desaru’s stunning beaches, which made for a perfect spot to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. I could already feel the holiday vibe in the air. 🏖️ Beach and Poolside Moments I spent the afternoons lounging by the pool, which offered an amazing view of the ocean. The beach was just a short walk away, and I enjoyed watching the sunset while sipping a cold drink from the pool bar. The combination of the beach and pool made for a rejuvenating experience. 🛏️ Room Comfort The room was everything I hoped for—spacious, comfortable, and with all the modern amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the mornings! I especially loved the view from my window, which provided a peaceful look out at the lush surroundings. 🍴 Dining Experience The dining at Four Points was an absolute highlight. I had the chance to try both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering everything from pastries to local Malaysian delicacies, which made for a great start to the day. 💆♂️ Relaxation & Service What truly made my trip memorable was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. I also indulged in a relaxing spa treatment, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. 🌟 Final Thoughts Overall, my stay at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Desaru was unforgettable. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach, enjoy delicious food, or explore the local attractions, this hotel offers it all. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Awesome service. Complimentary parking. Owned by Marriott bonvoy. Lion dance performance. Hotel restaurant had live band. Wish there was a nearby massage. Sunset from the balcony was awesome.

Need more improvement on Room hygiene

The hot water shower is not working properly. After one shower it became cold water. Informed the receptionist also no action taken and no maintenance technician to come over to have a look.

Overall an ok experience. Breakfast food and service were meh. They served us tables without utensils and we had to request from more than 1 waitress/ waiter to get the utensils. That breakfast, unfortunately was a sad experience

If you are looking for Desaru vibes then this hotel is not close to all amenities, however all commercial shops or dining is nearby. There are no facility except swimming poll and sauna. No massage, no oven, children play area or even an area to stroll. Staffs are helpful and considers your request. Food is very very expensive inside the hotel.

The best hotel in town Desaru. The room is very nice and cosy with a nice smell. Very convenient near to the shops & restaurants. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Will repeat again to stay here.

the trip was amazing the service was top notch and the hotel was wonderful! rooms were clean, aircon was cold, the hotel accomodated to our requests and parking is free for hotel guests. toilet was spacious

Special Thanks to Duty Manager Salmon during my check in from bad experience to pleasure as his service is excellent. Four Sheraton should be proud of him. He turn bad sours to pleasant hospitality. Hopefully my next stays would be the best if same Duty personnel gave a good service
