Great location near Petronas petrol station , shopping mall and local food cafes …. Room is clean with complimentary boiling kettle for coffee/tea .In room wifi is very weak for my phone. The wifi signal goes on and off very fast . Very frustrating 😝 Other that wifi, all is good However, will come back for weekend getaway

酒店位置很好，周邊是旅遊區，房間設施齊全，打掃人員非常負責，浴巾的擺放每天都不一樣，前台的服務人員很有耐心。就是大床房如果一人入住早餐也要收取兩人的費用，建議調整。

For the price, it's a reasonable budget choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is near Desaru Fruit Farm and SKS Mall. Sheets and pillow cases had stains.

Hotel location convenient. Next to a medium size shopping mall and some eateries. 5 mins drive to Desaru fruit farm. Quiet environment. Reception staff can't speak proper/fluent English - I am surprised as it's in Malaysia. Was given wrong selection room - booked deluxe king size bed but given twins bed which was smaller in size. I didn't realise that I booked the king bed until the second day evening when the reception called to apologise and offer to change room but I was too tired after whole day out. so decided not to. Hotel didn't compensate any thing for their mistake. Bed not clean as I feel itchy and got bitten by bed bugs. Shower area wall got moulds.. The breakfast buffett was very limited and not good taste. Would advise others who want to stay in this hotel to skip their breakfast. Overall it's a quiet ,good location hotel for those on a budget.
